Few traditions are so closely associated with a country as Sweden’s midsummer celebrations. At Gimo Herrgård we celebrate in style with the tiny frog dance, live music, gourmet dinners and much more.
Christmas celebrations
Christmas at Gimo Herrgård is magical. During the month of December we serve our traditional Christmas buffet and the crackling fireplace fires in our manor lounges form a cozy setting for romantic winter-time weekends. This year we are open for stays until the 23rd of December and re-opens on December 26th.
Grand New Years Celebration
End the past year in style and treat yourself to a majestic new year’s celebration at Gimo Herrgård. Upon arrival a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates await in your room and during the afternoon our sommelier invites you to a fun and lighthearted ”bubbles and canapees”-tasting in the 18th century lounges, and in the evening our chef has prepared an exquisite four course dinner accompanied by noble drinks from our cellars. When the clock strikes midnight we greet the new year with Champagne and fireworks.

Easter celebrations
When the spring finally arrives we invite you to a relaxing and festive easter celebration at Sweden’s first Gustavian manor. You arrive on either Maundy Thursday or on Good Friday and stay until Easter Day or Easter Monday. Gourmet meals, live music entertainment and fun activites await.
In the manor park we go egg hunting and our iron works guides will take you on a tour of our historic milieu.
